Fiachra Kearney
Fiachra is a founding director of the Forever Wild Initiative in Australia, which has created a major finance facility with embedded, complex deals valued at >$56m. The first of it’s kind in Australia, the facility has funded a contiguous, 600,000-hectare, multi-asset and multi-revenue landscape.
Fiachra has also led the development of critical tools for nature finance, including quantitative risk and nature finance ecological outcome modelling, and the 2025 Roadmap to Nature Finance.

One of Zambia’s preeminent commercial lawyers, Mwelwa brings extensive legal, investment and local context expertise to Isonde. Mwelwa’s experience includes leading a $600m renewable energy investment, along with multiple innovative commercial investments.
Isonde has direct access to Chibesakunda & Co, and DLA Piper legal networks, ensuring jurisdiction-specific legal, tax, and structuring expertise across Southern and Eastern Africa. This expertise dovetails directly into our ecological economics principles.

Kerri Rademeyer
Kerri is regarded as a leading figure in conservation and community practice innovation in Southern Africa. She is also the founder and director of Alinea Network Organisation, a sophisticated donor fund intermediary providing in-depth governance, finance and operating guidance to a wide range of on-ground delivery partners.
Kerri is based in Zambia.
